4. You CAN post links of ROMs, ISOs, torrents (containing games),patches (for games), and emulators.

5. No racism (there's already too much @ my school)

6. you can post tutorials or youtube vids

7. if you have a question of a tutorial or the rules post a new topic under that catagory
